Yes, you see quite a few women traveling alone in different parts of Pakistan and working in remote regions.
We will rather you remain in your own choice of dress which is comfortable for you but dress respectfully to blend with local custom which does vary from place to place. In general, women should wear loose fitting clothing, covering arms and legs, and should also wear a simple headscarf whilst in towns and villages.. In the cities, things are more relaxed and here many Pakistani women wear western clothes such as jeans. The consumption of alcohol is illegal for Muslims in Pakistan; visitors may consume alcohol in private, as do Non-Muslims in Pakistan.
To take a more safer holiday in Pakistan we advice visitors to go through registered licensed tour operators so that all aspect of your travel are covered and catered for.
